Changing User's Email

A user's email address may be changed within the Admin portal. To do so:

  • Log into Admin

  • Click on 'Users' in the left vertical menu

  • Click on the username of the user whose email address needs to be changed

  • Under the 'User Information' section, change the email address

  • Click 'Update User'

Note: If the user's email address is changed, you may need to communicate this change to the user so they can update their email in any settings, as they may have saved this information elsewhere.
